A World without walls
everyday life while homeschooling overseas
No. We're not moving. Not any time soon, anyway, thank heavens! Today the boys and Janaka planned to make the new house for our bunnies! They're old enough to leave the room now, and they need some fresh air and sunshine and grass to eat! :) So they worked all afternoon building up a bunny house: Well, as with most great projects, it's never perfect. It started to rain when they were almost finished which halted the work for a bit, then they just powered through. However, we found that our little bunny house is far from waterproof! So, once it stops raining and things dry up a bit, we'll be able to do some waterproofing and get the bunnies into their new home. So, they're stuck in their room for a few more days, at least, until we can get the place all ready for them. While the rain wasn't so great for the bunnies and their new house, the little boys sure enjoyed themselves!! It POURED!! It flooded our back yard pretty good. There was a 'waterfall' coming off the house, so the boys stood under it and filled up buckets of water that they then added to the flooding yard. After a while, they realized that filling a trash can with water would be even COOLER, so they did that a few times, too. So funny. They wanted to make a lake so they could do speed boat racing. They didn't accomplish this. But they did have a GREAT time! :)

Emily's books
by Dan Brown
I like that the plot twists and turns a lot...and it makes you think. However, I don't appreciate Dan Brown's endings in his books. I find the endings incongruent with the rest of his stories--why make it a romance for the last chapter...

I loved this book. I'm a sucker for fairy tales/fantasy. This was so well written! I can't wait to read all the rest of her books!
