A World without walls
everyday life while homeschooling overseas
We are loving microbiology! These are from hands, feet, shoes...and some water from the canal near our house! :D
PE at its finest: learning knot tying, team work, paying attention to details, strengething our bodies... Rock climbing is a lot more work than they remembered! Good.
Now that Josh finally has his drone, it’s time to fly it! And what better place than Valle de las Ánimas? So cool!!
I think that rock formation looks like a giant snail....
It was raining a bit...and one of my most favorite things here is when the cute indigenous ladies wrap their hats up in plastic bags, then place them again precariously on their heads! Even in the bus...
A day of no pictures...but a good one to remember... Devin took the boys on a trip up to Lake Titicaca and Claire and I stayed home. It was glorious! We hung out, read books, walked to the bank to pay for rock climbing classes, went to the store and got treats and a movie, watched a couple of movies (La La Land and Austenland--GAH!), Claire had a class on Shakespeare, made dinner and talked about everything... It was SO MUCH FUN!! Wish I could do it all the time! The boys left around 8am and got home around 7pm. They showed us pictures and told us a little about their adventures...and then we all went to bed early! What a great day! So relaxing and enjoyable to spend time with my 'baby' girl who's taller than me...
Who Am I?
As a Stay At Home Mom of 4 wonderful children, I have the amazing opportunity not only to home school them, but to do so in many different places! I am married to the most amazingly wonderful (and handsome) man in the whole world! Together, we seek out, every day, that Joy in the Journey that makes life exciting!

I like that the plot twists and turns a lot...and it makes you think. However, I don't appreciate Dan Brown's endings in his books. I find the endings incongruent with the rest of his stories--why make it a romance for the last chapter...
I loved this book. I'm a sucker for fairy tales/fantasy. This was so well written! I can't wait to read all the rest of her books!
I'm reading this one again. I liked it the first time I read it. I'm still liking it for the second time around. I like all of Shannon Hales' books. **Still lots of fun the second time around! I do like this book for a comfortable...
